As you may know by now, bed bugs feed on human blood and are attracted to several facets of humans including: body temperature, carbon dioxide from exhalation, certain body chemicals and skin.
Bed bugs have created a nationwide epidemic in: residences, offices, apartment buildings, college dormitories and even gyms. According to WRAL.com, N.C. State University Entomologist Coby Schal is working on building an “artifical human” in order to study bed bugs and their tendencies.
